We have been having so much fun getting ready for Valentines Day! The kids have been working on decorating hearts and creating their very own Valentine’s bags for collecting all of their valentines from their friends.

It is fun to see their creative minds at work and to see their personalities shine through their artwork.

The 4’s classes created their very own “love bugs”. Each child was given different size hearts and they had to use their creativity and problem solving skills to try to create their very own valentine’s animal to match the examples on the chalkboard.

We had owls, mice and lots of fish!

Once the children finished their art projects they were able to explore using all their senses in our February sensory box.

It’s more than just learning, it’s fun!
