Pam has been with Crofton Nursery School since 2011, when she started as a co-op parent. She served as CNS President during the 2013-2014 school year, and started teaching the 3’s classes in 2014. Pam is a 2003 graduate of the University of Maryland- College Park and holds a bachelor’s of science in elementary education. She taught at the elementary level for five years in Prince George’s County Public Schools, and also enjoyed being a mentor teacher for University of Maryland student teachers. After deciding to take time off to be home with her two young children, Pam continued to be involved in education. She was a registered home childcare provider for two years, during which time she planned and implemented a preschool curriculum.
Pam lives in Piney Orchard with her husband Will, two children, John (8) and Sophia (5), three dogs, and one cat. When she isn’t planning for or working with her students at CNS, you’ll find her spending time with her family and friends.
